When I try to get Windows to find solution it indicates some issue with PCI-e. When I open the Start menu then Device manager (where it lists all connected devices like webcam, printers, etc) I see an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle next to my PC. This one is a bit harder to describe, but somehow it involves the PCI connections. What do think the problem is about? Is it the OS? Do I need to upgrade it? Or do I need to set something up in the BIOS?Ģ.
This issue affects both the rear and front-end USB ports. Once I removed the USB 3.0 drivers, the USB port worked again normally. No matter which port I plugged my mouse into, it just wouldn't work. Not only the blue ones, but the regular black ones too. After installing the USB 3.0 drivers from the motherboard's CD, all USB ports stop working.
